The Way We Work
We don't have our own kennels and mostly our dogs are held in Foster Homes in the UK.
Each dog is professionally assessed prior to rehoming.
Temperament is just one factor, we also have to find out how much the dog knows. Some dogs may not have been lead trained or travelled in a car before or they might have only lived outside. By getting to know the dog better we can choose the very best home for the dog to be happy in.
Vet checks are carried out and any problems recorded.
We make sure Vaccinations are up to date but we do not always insist on neutering, it has to be judged on a case by case basis, for the good of the dog.
Once you fill in a registration of interest AND YOU HAVE TOLD US which dog you are interested in, we will carry out a homecheck at a date convenient to all. We want to be sure you know what to expect when you take on a rescue dog so we will take you through each stage of getting to know more about the dog you feel would suit you.
